FAQ
Q: Is it really water resistant for swimming?
A: Yes. The 5ATM rating handles showers, hand-washing and pool swims; just avoid hot water and steam, which can affect the seals.
Q: How accurate is the heart-rate sensor?
A: The optical sensor gives reliable continuous readings for everyday workouts and resting heart-rate trends, though it is not a medical device.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Expect up to around 20 days of standby per charge, depending on how often you use heart-rate tracking and notifications.
Q: Which phones does it work with?
A: It pairs over Bluetooth 4.2 with phones running Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 and above through the companion app.
